Great Service Makes a Great Gift

Let’s face it, this time of year is usually about stuff. Clothes, jewelry, toys, electronics and apparently even new cars with big red bows on them (although I’ve never personally witnessed this ad-based phenomenon in the real world). …And stuff is great — we need stuff. It’s important.

But we also need each other to get all the things that need to be done, done. And that’s important too, whether it’s a little bit of help wrapping presents, picking up a family member at the airport or making someone’s work life a little easier so they can do what’s really important, too. One of the greatest gifts is being in service to others, helping them and making their lives easier/better. It’s how we’re made and what we’re supposed to do year-round, but especially at this wonderful time of year.

In our little piece of the business world, employee benefits and health insurance, we help our clients and their employees understand a lot of complicated information, regulations and processes so they can not only manage it, but rule it and check off one more thing on the list more quickly and easily than if they did it all alone. That’s our gift — providing that great service, taking away that stress and hearing our clients breathe a huge sigh of relief.
